NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
At Heartland Dental Centre, we value your time and are committed to providing quality care to every patient. When appointments are missed or delayed without notice, it prevents us from helping another patient who may need care during that time.

We make every effort to confirm appointments through email, text, and phone reminders. However:

NO-SHOWS: If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, it will be recorded as a no-show.

REPEATED NO-SHOWS: If a patient no-shows twice within a 24-month period, a $75 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve any future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward treatment on the day of the visit.

LATE ARRIVALS: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled or have services modified based on schedule availability.

This policy ensures fairness, accessibility, and timely care for all our patients.
